1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kle009 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the kle009 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Kle009 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect as soon as they are published on this platform. It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest updates.

2 Member Eligibility

Kle009 services are offered exclusively to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Acting as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Are not on a self-exclusion list or any recognised gaming restriction programme.
• Are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a kle009 employee or any affiliated company.
• Have provided true, accurate, and complete personal information during registration.
• Using the platform solely for personal entertainment and not for commercial or fraudulent purposes.

Kle009 reserves the right to request identity document verification (KYC) at any time to ensure compliance with eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at kle009. Holding more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any funds involved.

• Information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete at all times.
• The full name on the account must match the name on a valid government-issued identification document.
• The registered phone number and email address must be your own and actively in use.
• Account passwords are entirely the member's responsibility — kle009 is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Any changes to account information must be reported to the kle009 support team within 7 days.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Kle009 provides a wide range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysia members, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed through an integrated payment system protected by SSL 256-bit encryption.

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes to the registered bank account or e-wallet.
• The bank account or e-wallet name used for withdrawals must match the verified name on the kle009 account.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Kle009 reserves the right to request additional KYC verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any attempt to manipulate the payment system or commit fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Deposited funds do not accrue interest and may not be transferred to another member. kle009 does not impose any hidden charges on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Kle009 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated alongside each offer.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Rollover requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Kle009 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained fraudulently or through the use of multiple accounts.
• Bonuses cannot be directly cashed out — they must first be played through in accordance with the rollover requirements.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the respective promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Participation in kle009 promotions is deemed acceptance of all applicable promotion terms and conditions.

6 Game Rules

All games available at kle009 operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international auditing bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is displayed transparently within the game interface.

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed once a game has concluded successfully.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, kle009 will use server records to determine the valid outcome.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or employ other manipulation methods is strictly prohibited.
• Kle009 reserves the right to void any bets or games suspected of involving fraud or manipulation without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.

7 Member Conduct

Kle009 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. As such, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kle009 platform:

• Using offensive language, or threatening or harassing any member or kle009 staff.
• Sharing fraudulent strategies, account information, or any method intended to deceive the platform.
• Filing misleading or unfounded claims or complaints with malicious intent.
• Using unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Conducting any money laundering activities through the kle009 platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent account closure, as well as legal action where applicable.

8 Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the kle009 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, subject to the completion of all active bets and fulfillment of any applicable rollover requirements.

• Any valid account balance will be returned to the member's original payment method upon completion of the verification process.
• Kle009 reserves the right to close any member's account without prior notice in the event of a serious breach of terms.
• Accounts closed due to fraud or terms violations are not eligible for a refund.
• Members who have opted for self-exclusion may not reopen their account during the designated period.

9 Liability Limits

Kle009 provides this platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we continually strive to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption, kle009 makes no warranties in relation to the following:

• Kle009 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Kle009 bears no liability for service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Users are solely responsible for any taxes or other liabilities arising from winnings obtained through the kle009 platform.
• Under no circumstances shall kle009's maximum total liability to any member exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Terms Amendment

Kle009 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this platform.

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the kle009 platform after any amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

• For amendments deemed material, kle009 will endeavor to notify members via email or in-platform notification.
• If you disagree with any amendment made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining valid balance.
